  • Prepare the berries: wash fresh berries if using; frozen berries can go directly into the blender.
  • Add the coconut milk to the blender first.

  • Peel and chop the banana, then add it to the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
  • Taste the smoothie; adjust sweetness or consistency as desired.
  • Serve immediately by pouring into a glass or bowl.
