Instructions
Drain the tuna thoroughly and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions gently.
Form the mixture into 4-5 equal-sized patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet.
Cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve warm on toasted bread or alongside a salad.
