Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta (bowtie or shells) Choose your favorite shape.
  • Salt for boiling pasta Add to water before boiling.

For the Beef Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

For the Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt For the yogurt sauce.

For the Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted.
  • 2 teaspoons paprika For the butter sauce.
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper For the butter sauce.

For Garnish

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  • Boil the Pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up until browned (5-6 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  • Spice It Up: Add chopped onion, paprika, onion powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Make the Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Create the Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in paprika, dried mint, and pepper. Remove from heat.

Serving

  • To serve, transfer cooked pasta to a serving dish. Top with beef mixture and a dollop of yogurt sauce. Drizzle with butter sauce and garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
