Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, or oat)
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 Tbsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1/3 tsp ground ginger)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare fresh turmeric and ginger by peeling and grating them.
  • Pour 1 cup of dairy-free milk into your blender.
  • Add 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks and 1 peeled banana to the blender.
  • Add the grated turmeric and ginger to the blender.
  • Blend on high for about 30 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
