frozen pineapple chunks

fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)

fresh ginger, grated (or 1/3 tsp ground ginger)

Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and prepare fresh turmeric and ginger by peeling and grating them.
Pour 1 cup of dairy-free milk into your blender.
Add 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks and 1 peeled banana to the blender.
Add the grated turmeric and ginger to the blender.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds until creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired, then blend again briefly.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
