  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil Drizzled for richness; optional.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze Optional for a hint of sweetness.

Preparation

  • Cut the seedless watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl with the watermelon.
  • If using, drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the watermelon and feta.
  • Toss the watermelon, feta, and oil gently until evenly mixed.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves on top and season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately.
