White Chocolate Christmas Crack

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 7 cups Chex cereal (your choice of variety)
  • 2 cups pretzels (regular or gluten-free)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups peanuts (or other nuts if preferred)
  • 2 cups M&M’s (red and green for a festive touch)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, mini marshmallows, and peanuts, tossing gently to mix.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at half power in one-minute intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir gently until all ingredients are coated.
  • Add M&M’s, reserving some for topping, and mix gently to combine.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across it, pressing down slightly.
  • Sprinkle the reserved M&M’s on top and allow the mixture to cool at room temperature or refrigerate to set faster.
  • Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
