Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, mini marshmallows, and peanuts, tossing gently to mix.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at half power in one-minute intervals and stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir gently until all ingredients are coated.
Add M&M’s, reserving some for topping, and mix gently to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across it, pressing down slightly.
Sprinkle the reserved M&M’s on top and allow the mixture to cool at room temperature or refrigerate to set faster.
Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
