Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Set aside.
In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, and sugar. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 8 minutes until it reaches 235°F.
Pour the boiling mixture over the white chocolate and marshmallow cream. Stir until everything melts and combines smoothly.
Add vanilla extract and green food coloring. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Pour the fudge into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan, spreading evenly. Top with spooky-themed candies before it sets.
Allow the fudge to cool completely before slicing it into 1-inch squares.
