Wicked Witch Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 12 oz marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup green food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • as needed witch or spooky-themed sprinkles and candies for decoration

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, and sugar. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 8 minutes until it reaches 235°F.
  • Pour the boiling mixture over the white chocolate and marshmallow cream. Stir until everything melts and combines smoothly.
  • Add vanilla extract and green food coloring. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
  • Pour the fudge into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan, spreading evenly. Top with spooky-themed candies before it sets.
  • Allow the fudge to cool completely before slicing it into 1-inch squares.
