  • 2 cups fresh blueberries Make sure they are ripe and plump.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Full-fat yogurt is recommended for creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Choose based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.
  • 1 Non-stick parchment paper Needed for freezing.

Preparation

  • Wash the blueberries gently in a colander under cold water and pat them dry with a clean towel, ensuring they are completely dry.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  • Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Use a fork or your fingers to lift the coated blueberries.
  • Place the yogurt-covered blueberries on a piece of parchment paper and repeat until all blueberries are coated.
  • Once all blueberries are on the parchment paper, place the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the yogurt coating is completely firm.

Storage

  • Remove the tray from the freezer and transfer the yogurt covered blueberries to an airtight container. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes
